Modes of Payment?

It can be through COD, Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and ChinaBank), and through Paypal transfers.

Do you have a sizing chart?

We do have a sizing chart although letting us know your sizes in other brands can help us find the right fit for you.

Do you ship worldwide?

We do ship internationally. We use the LBC/PhilPosy courier for international orders and the shipping fee will be shouldered by the client and cannot be refunded.

How can I use a coupon code?

Simply input the code on the checkout page.

Do you offer gift-vouchers?

I need to return/exchange. How do I do that?

We don’t accept return of product but we can exchange it if the product doesn’t fit you well. Shipping fee will be handles by the client and cannot be refunded.

Do you accept customizations?

Yes we do accept customizations in designs available like changing of colors and materials. We can also do bespoke footwear. Which means collaborating with you to make a footwear design that fits your aesthetics. We have bespoke sizing services that lets me personally take your foot measurements and make your shoes based on it.

Where do you have footwear made?

All the footwear is collaborative work by me and the Zapateria Hub team from Marikina, City.

How long will it take for Made To Order items?

Made to order items can take us 30 – 45 working days. We make sure that they’re reliable and functional that captures your heart. A product you can easily fall in love with.

How do I know the status of my order?

We will email you constantly with updates on your items. From design to manufacturing to product testing to shipping until it gets to you safely.
